Executive Summary

NAI Mexico specializes in leasing, sales and construction project management in Mexican industrial, office and retail property markets. Corporate office is in Tijuana, B.C., Mexico with additional offices established Monterrey, Matamoros, Reynosa, Nuevo Laredo, Ciudad Juarez,, Mexicali, and Guadalajara. This team delivers a full range of corporate real estate services throughout Mexico, along with NAI TAR headquartered in Mexico City.

NAI Mexico Services Group provides feasibility, labor and market support analyses in addition to traditional site selection/marketing activities to support each client's real estate process. Services may be delivered for multiple markets and often include lender/budget coordination with the client's financial officer and full construction project management.

Directors:
Gary G. Swedback, President
Team leader, acts as single point of accountability. He co-founded the Mexico Services Group in 1992 and the NAI NAFTA Group in Canada, Mexico and the U.S.A. in 2001. Mr. Swedback holds his finance degree from Arizona State University. He speaks Spanish and has been active in commercial real estate since 1986.
