David Gumbert joined the Industrial Division with NAI Robert Lynn as a Vice President in 2023. He has a concentration in the Brookhollow/Trinity Industrial and Design District submarkets where he works with the Blankinship/Miller team.

Background & Experience

David joined Reserve Capital Partners in Dallas, TX as an intern in the summer of 2017. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma he joined Reserve as an Analyst underwriting the firm’s acquisitions of Office, Industrial, and Self-Storage assets. Over his 7-year career with Reserve, he was integral in the acquisition of over $300 million of Real Estate, Asset Management, and Capital Raising/Fund Management of the firm's three investment vehicles.
