Mr. Rosenfield specializes in financial analysis and investment sales of commercial real estate properties throughout Florida.

Background & Experience

Mr. Rosenfield joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in 2024, having previously worked with Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, a premier developer, investor, and owner located in Baltimore, MD. Throughout his tenure at the firm, Mr. Rosenfield’s primary concentration was related to investment sales, financing, analytics, site selection, development, and redevelopment of mixed-use, retail, and flex/R&D properties. Additionally, Mr. Rosenfield is a former professional golfer, having toured both domestically and internationally, winning three Minor League golf events, 11 college events, was the NESCAC Conference Player of the Year twice, and a three-time NCAA All-American.

Education

Mr. Rosenfield is a graduate of Trinity College, Hartford, CT with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and a minor in Classical Antiquity.
