Background & Experience

· Went into commercial real estate directly after graduating from Appalachian State University where I got my start at York Commercial Properties in 1992.

· Started my own company, Atlantic Coast Commercial with two partners in 2004

· I worked extensively throughout the US in site selection and entitlement work since 2012 with focus in student housing and self storage. Clients/affiliations include Campus Crest, Valeo Americas, Gilbane Development and Bee Safe Storage and Wine Cellar.
