Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Bergman, Tom practiced law at the largest firm in the state of Florida. In his litigation practice, he handled real estate disputes, condominium association defense, intellectual property (trademark/copyright) infringement claims, and more. He also oversaw settlement negotiations and reviewed contractual language, as a part of his transactional practice, to ensure business clients’ interests were fully represented and protected.
After three and a half years in Miami, Tom returned to Southwest Ohio to be nearer to his friends and family, and to start a new, exciting career in commercial real estate with NAI Bergman. Being born and raised in Cincinnati and having a family with several generations of roots here, Tom has a strong interpersonal network to tap into on behalf of clients.
Tom studied law in Miami at Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated with distinction. He is also a proud graduate of Ohio State where he studied business marketing and economics.
