Theresa Hart is a Commercial Real Estate veteran with more than 34 years of experience providing results driven leasing solutions for property owners and tenants, in addition to being a successful catalyst on the buy / sell side of many Commercial Real Estate transactions.

As a trusted Commercial Real Estate professional, Theresa has excelled in identifying potential tenants, negotiating contracts and work on planning, design, and layout of new, existing, and repositioned projects for notable developer / owner operators such as, Kraus Anderson Realty, Madison Marquette Realty, Heritage Property Investment Trust, and Solomon Real Estate Group.

Prior to joining NAI Legacy, Theresa formed Meyer Realty in 2012 where she was a Broker in Minnesota and North Dakota overseeing acquisitions / dispositions, strategic planning, market research and site selection, third party management, and lease renewals of properties owned by various investor groups. Theresa also specializes in working with Energy Services related Real Estate transactions.

Theresa is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/Realtors (MNCAR), Badland Board of Realtors – North Dakota and Minnesota Area Association of Realtors. She holds a Real Estate Broker License in Minnesota & North Dakota.
