Background & Experience
Tammy joined NAI Piedmont Triad in September 2017 with a special interest in investor relationship management and institutional real estate. Over the last three years, her focus has been primarily on land acquisition and industrial leasing, joining the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in June 2022 as a Member Associate. Tammy has 20 years of professional experience in financial services with an extensive leadership background in strategic operations and project management. At the end of her tenure, she earned her Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation with the Mortgage Banker’s Association, the highest level achieved in the banking industry. She went on to earn her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2021 and was elected a member of the NC-CCIM Board of Directors for 2023. Tammy has served as Chairman on the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) Board of Directors for the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association (GRRA) for the last two years as an advocate for all members.
