Background & Experience
With over 10 years of comprehensive experience and a demonstrated track record in commercial real estate, Sam is a knowledgeable, trusted advisor. Operating from the WLA Office, he spearheads local business and corporate services nationwide, representing buyers and occupiers across office, retail, and industrial real estate as a distinguished member of the Investment Services Group.
In 2021, Sam became the inaugural Los Angeles hire for SquareFoot, playing a pivotal role in establishing and growing the team. Before SquareFoot, he served as Senior Vice President at Avison Young, a global commercial real estate firm. Sam initially joined Avison Young through the acquisition of Truss Holdings, Inc., a commercial real estate technology company, where he held the position of Senior VP and market leader for the LA region. During his time at Truss, Sam secured 18 million square feet of available Los Angeles office inventory for the company's successful launch in May 2019. In the first six months of launching the LA market, he completed 24 lease transactions, totaling $4.3 million in lease value.
Prior to his tenure at Truss, Sam served as a Tenant Representative Broker at Colliers International, a well-known commercial real estate brokerage. There, he completed over 50 lease transactions nationwide. Subsequently, he contributed to the growth of Ecospace Commercial, specializing in serving startups and high-growth businesses.
