My specialty is exclusively representing companies with their commercial real estate needs. I pride myself on walking my clients step-by-step and supporting them through the process of restructuring and negotiating their new commercial office lease. I am passionate about protecting my clients and obtaining them the best deals possible lease terms.
Background & Experience
Ronald J. Channels, Senior Vice President/ Tenant Consulting Group for NAI Capital, joined NAI in September of 2022 and has made Broker of the Month for November and December of 2022 and January of 2023. He as has over twenty years of experience working in commercial real estate. Specifically Ron specializes in negotiating office leases on behalf of tenants. He has excellent rapport and a reputation for being responsive with landlords in Orange County, Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Bernardino which allows him to support his clients in expansions and moves throughout Southern California. Ron is sought out by his clients for his strong negotiation skills, landlord relationships and customer service. Clients appreciate his clear communication and his “white glove” service has resulted in a portfolio of hundreds of returning clients. Prior to NAI Capital, Ron worked at Curtis & Associates for twenty years where he was the top producer on the team. He is excited to bring his experience to NAI Capital and continue to provide his client-centered service as part of their Tenant Consultant Group for NAI Capital.
