Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Davis joined NAI Capital's Newport Beach office in March 2012 after 8 years with Grubb & Ellis and 25 years with CBRE also in Newport Beach.
His comprehensive experience in all phases of office development from land acquisition, initial lease-up and investment sales have resulted in over 2,300 transactions representing $1.6 Billion in transaction value. Mr. Davis' current focus is investment and owner/user sales in Orange County. He has lead teams in the successful execution of investment sales and office leasing assignments including single tenant net leased, small owner/user buildings sales and office condominium conversion projects. Mr. Davis founded the Capital Markets Group within NAI Capital and has both written and spoken on the EPA's required energy benchmarking and building energy efficiency for California commercial property owners pursuant to AB1103 and Title 24.
Mr. Davis has represented a wide range of institutional, regional and individual investors and users. He is know for his dedication, persistence, attention to detail, loyalty and integrity.
Background & Experience
Mr. Davis graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Analytical Management in 1972. After graduation and appropriate training, he served aboard a fast attack nuclear submarine stationed in San Diego as a junior officer until his resignation in 1977.
An active participant in local civic organizations, Mr. Davis is a Distinguished Past President of the Corona del Mar Kiwanis Club. He was also an accredited American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) referee for many years.

Represented The Irvine Company as part of a CBRE Team in the sale of their leased fee portfolio valued at $400,000,000 located in Irvine and Newport Beach.
Represented Hyogo Atrium in the initial lease-up and on-going leasing of The Atrium a high-rise office building consisting of 305,000 SF in Irvine.
Represented Amberwood Office Park in the sale of 19 low-rise user office buildings consisting of 150,000 SF in Santa Ana.
