Noah Swain joined NAI Puget Sound Properties in 2017 after graduating from Western Washington University. Noah is teaming up with his father Bob Swain who has been a commercial broker for more than 17 years. Together they form the Swain Group, a real brokerage and advisor team that specializes in representing owners and users of industrial and office properties in the City of Seattle, the Eastside suburbs, and other areas of north King County and south Snohomish County. With over 17 years of experience representing investors, owner-users, and tenants, the Swain Group has become a trusted advisor to large corporations, private investors, and local business owners.
