Michael has worked at NAI since 2015 specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties with a primary focus on tenant representation. During this time at NAI, he has been honored as Rookie of the Year and has been recognized a consistent Top Producer. Over the past several years, along with his partner Eric Larkin, has been responsible for negotiating transactions totaling several million square feet.
Michael is well versed in Real Estate and brings a unique background of finance and civil construction to his clients along with proven results and an unrivaled level of service. He works diligently with his clients to identify every opportunity, add value, and continually cultivates each relationship to help achieve their goals.
Prior to joining NAI, Michael worked in the Building & Energy Commissioning field. This experience gives him detailed knowledge and understanding of the industrial building process from pre-design through substantial completion. This unique skillset coupled with an importance of building long-lasting relationships has given him the necessary tools to provide clients with the highest level of service and support.
