Matthew joined Resolution Real Estate Partners in July 2023 with over 15 years of experience representing tenant-occupiers.
Informing and educating tenant-occupiers on market conditions/trends; understanding a tenant's position and mission while identifying challenges in order to provide multiple approach strategy solutions. Having represented a wide range of tenants from financial/business sectors, creative media, tech, start-ups, fashion, architecture, gallery and showroom tenants among other industries.
As a native New Yorker, Matt is familiar with all sub-markets, building classes. Understanding the needs of a tenant, criteria and goals are paramount in gaining a tenant’s trust and loyalty. Having executed over 70 leasing transactions throughout his career, Matthew’s business acumen and instincts serve his clients well.
Matthew is also a creative thinker, veteran musician/multi-instrumentalist, accomplished singer, songwriter/guitarist/producer on the NYC music scene for over 30 years.
