Scope of Experience

Mario Giglio is an Investment Sales Specialist with NAI Farbman. Mario has been involved with the valuation, marketing, and sales of numerous properties of institutional caliber. Mario has experience in dealing with a wide range of real estate ranging from distressed, vacant, and poorly occupied to stabilized properties. He has worked hand-in-hand with property management teams and asset managers across the country to suggest actions to maximize results which have proved successful in many deals.

Mario is a specialist in real estate valuation. His specialization in ARGUS financial modeling, direct capitalization, and discounted cash flow methods have been invaluable to his clients. Mario’s clients have appreciated his impartiality when evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of properties and how the market will likely respond.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining the NAI Farbman Investment Sales Group, Mario attended Central Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. 

Mario’s career started at Ramco Gershenson Properties Trust, a Michigan based shopping center REIT. He worked in the financial planning and analysis department where he preformed a wide variety of financial work to gain exposure in the real estate business.
