Scope of Service Experience

Kathy joined NAI Robert Lynn in 2020 with over 30 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience in both property management and accounting. Kathy’s extensive experience in both property management and accounting helps her in all aspects of property management and includes servicing industrial, office and retail properties. Kathy’s outgoing and positive personality make her a welcome addition to NAI Robert Lynn as well as with owners and tenants.

Background & Experience

Kathy began her career in 1987 at Trammell Crow Company. Her duties there over a 12-year career ranged from Senior Accountant to CTI Corporate Trainer. Kathy then spent nine years working for Argus Software in both Client Services and Quality Engineering/Development. Kathy has also worked at Crescent Real Estate Equities and most recently at Carlin Development in property management.

Education

Texas Tech University – Major in Telecommunications. Minor in Speech
