Josh first joined the San Francisco organization in early summer of 2016. Hailing from a real estate family, his first exposure to the industry began at a early age on various sites, assisting his father in everything from residential sales to flipping foreclosures and later on several commercial deals. After working in the startup world for 4+ years in the Bay Area, he decided to make better use of his talents and return to his roots to pursue a career in commercial real estate. He first saw himself transition to a design/marketing role, moving to NAI shortly thereafter, specializing in Retail Investment Sales, NNN, with a passion for Strip Centers and Shopping Centers. Working closely with several top performing senior agents at NAI, while taking pride in honesty and the utmost fiduciary trust, Josh has performed valuations on a wide variety of Retail Investment properties, amassed a large contact list in the Retail Investment sector, forged lasting relationships and has routinely gone above and beyond to meet clients' needs.
