Jay Roman is an experienced Commercial Real Estate specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in retail and mixed use assets. Jay is committed to achieving her client’s long term financial investment goals through scenario planning, forecasting, and growing their portfolios.
Prior to joining NAI NorCal, Jay consulted in a variety of markets, creating strategic marketing initiatives for Standard Pacific Homes, Florsheim Homes, Seniority Inc. (a joint venture with American Baptist Homes), Blu Homes, Century 21, Eastdil Secured, Federal Realty, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Jay has assumed positions as interim CMO and COO in a few niche markets, focusing her efforts on P&L analysis, warehouse reductions, business valuations and economic forecasting, and market assessments.
Jay graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BS in Applied Economics, holding various degrees and certifications in Marketing, Communications, and Advertising from other notable institutions. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
