Background & Experience
Greg is one of a few professionals accomplished in every discipline of the commercial real estate industry. He has been CEO of Tri Properties since 1994 and provides strategic vision and direction to the company.
Greg has played an instrumental role in the commercial real estate market around the Research Triangle Park. He has developed more than 4.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, including the Imperial Center. One of the largest mixed-used business parks in the Southeast, Imperial Center has been named the region’s “Top Development Project” three times (1995, 2000, 2007). Within Imperial Center, he developed Quintiles Plaza – an award-winning property that has become one of the landmark buildings in the Triangle.
