Scope of Experience
Eli joined NAI Farbman in July of 2023 as an Investment Sales Associate in the Investment Sales Division.
Eli's primary focus within the Investment Sales team is in the multifamily and student housing space, covering markets east of the Mississippi River. Eli's responsibilities within the Investment Sales team include, but are not limited to, conducting research to identify distressed assets, providing thorough financial analysis for owners of student housing, and disposition of properties through effective marketing strategies. Eli uses effective communication skills, paired with his specialized market knowledge, to earn clients trust and to find creative solutions for them.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Farbman, Eli gained experience in this field working at Marcus & Millichap. He began as an intern, assisting senior brokers by performing underwriting, databasing, and marketing. He then became a Sales Associate with the firm also focusing in student housing properties.
Eli also spent several years as an In-Home Sales Representative for a home improvement company covering the Metro Detroit area. He developed invaluable skills that are useful today, including how to determine a clients needs, effective customer service, persistence, and a greater understanding for construction and material costs.
Education
Eli is a graduate of Michigan State University located in East Lansing, Michigan, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology through Lyman Briggs College (LBC) in 2018.
