While having worked on many different real estate transactions, Dawn's focus is seniors housing, skilled nursing facilities and multifamily properties. Her marketing and business ownership experience has enhanced her business investment brokerage services. She is involved in the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties and their operations, as well as being involved in joint venture opportunities.

Background & Experience

Dawn also has an extensive 22 year history of being involved with Community Based Residential Facilities and Adult Family Homes. In addition, she has worked as an independent consultant for over 7 years in and out of hospitals throughout the state of Wisconsin understanding the intricacies of many building designs and working with teams of physicians and other medical staff.
