Brian Armon, CCIM, SIOR is a Senior Vice President |Principal at NAI Alliance where he leads the Industrial Properties Group in representing owners and users in acquiring, leasing and disposing of properties. A Reno native, Brian applies his vast market knowledge and commercial real estate expertise to provide his clients an advantage in strategizing and executing their real estate plan to exceed market expectations.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Alliance, Brian was the Managing Partner of the Northern Nevada office of Cushman & Wakefield which acquired Trinity Commercial where Brian was the Founder and President. He has successfully completed some of the largest transactions in Northern Nevada history over his twenty plus years of experience including the sale of the International Game Technology campus for $156,000,000, the sale of the Crossroads Commerce Center consisting over 4,300 acres of master planned rail served industrial park, and the lease of 802,000 square feet representing S&S Activewear.
