Background & Experience

Annie joined NAI SunVista (formerly NAI Maestas & Ward) in 2010 as a transaction coordinator in the Property Management division. She has ten years of experience in property management and became a licensed New Mexico Associate Broker in 2009.

After a few years as a transaction coordinator, she also took on the role of a property manager. While in this role she performed all aspects of property management: payment including collections, financial analysis, budget preparation, coordinating/conduction annual Association meetings, programming/maintaining the properties access systems, scheduling annual fire/sprinkler, backflow, elevator, and extinguisher inspections on all managed properties. She is also responsible for maintaining and updating leasing files and assists the other five property managers. .

Prior to joining NAI SunVista, Annie was a property manager and residential realtor for a local independent real estate company. She was in charge of the day-to-day maintenance, marketing and leasing of over 50,000 sqft of multi-tenant office buildings in Albuquerque & Rio Rancho. Before her career in real estate, she worked for a financial planning company, where she was responsible for maintaining and updating client ledgers and updating the fund prospectuses.

Annie attended Central New Mexico Community College where she studied to become a medical laboratory technician.
