Alex is involved in the representation of Commercial Investors for Acquisition, Disposition, and Leasing throughout Southern California.
Background & Experience
As a commercial leasing and sales agent, Alex represents investors and business owners for acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations. The goal is to guide clients through the entirety of the sales or leasing journey with as much information as possible, in order for them to execute on their best judgement. As part of the Liu team of advisors, Alex has the pleasure of working with both individuals and corporate accounts, ranging from Orange County to LA County.
Prior to joining NAI, Alex was a certified draftsman in MEP design-to-build. A few notable projects he contributed on include UCI and Providence health centers, 3PL fulfillment centers, and some of the best restaurants in Orange County.
