Scope of Experience

Adam is an Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman and specializes in industrial real estate including land assemblage and development, building sales and tenant representation. As a Director of NAI Global Logistics, Adam focuses on providing real estate, transportation and supply chain solutions to distribution and warehouse companies throughout the world on matters including corporate relocation, site search analysis, build-to-suit alternatives, acquisition, disposition and leasing services.

Adam has assisted hundreds of clients such as Walmart, North Avenue Logistics, Envirotest, Woodland Windows, USAA Realty, Mirvac Industrial Trust, Devicor Medical, Quality Express, Partners Warehouse, G-3 Enterprises, Prologis, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, IDI Logistics, Northern Builders, TA Realty, Nuveen (formerly TIAA), J.P. Morgan, CT Realty, Distribution Realty Group, Bridge Industrial, and CenterPoint Properties.

Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Adam was employed in the logistics industry for nearly 10 years. His tenure included 6 years with Roadway Express, Inc., at several of their facilities throughout the Midwest. He was then responsible for Midwest business development at Transplace, a supply chain solutions provider.

Notably, Adam has been published in a variety of real estate periodicals concerning Hours of Service, Foreign Trade Zones, the ELD Mandate, Port Capacity and North American Transportation Capacity. He has also been keynote speaker for the Will County Real Estate Forecast as well as a series keynote speaker for the DePaul University Student Real Estate Organization (REO) and was a speaker at NAIOP’s 2022 CRE.Converge national conference. Adam has also appeared as an expert witness for an intermodal development in the State of Illinois.
