Background & Experience
Jordan Geller is an investment sales specialist focusing on multifamily and mixed-use properties in San Francisco. Mr. Geller is a Bay Area native and currently lives and works in the city of San Francisco. Through his expertise of the San Francisco multifamily, retail and mixed-use markets, Geller has been selected to represent many high-profile clients including local investment funds, high net worth individuals, and public institutions in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout San Francisco. Mr. Geller’s real estate endeavors began in 2007 when he worked as an acquisition associate for a real estate investment group based in Southern California. In his current position as Vice President of San Francisco Multifamily Sales, he has earned the respect and admiration of his clients by routinely going above and beyond in his investment analysis and due diligence processes. Geller and his team have demonstrated their ability to accurately evaluate and market multifamily and mixed-use assets by transacting $30MM of investment sales volume over the last 12 months. Outside of the office Mr. Geller is actively involved in the progress of the local real estate and housing industry. He is an active member of the San Francisco Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and an acting member of ULI’s Young Leader Group Steering Committee. He has also served on the Regulatory Committee of the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and most recently served on a technical assistance panel helping to advise the city of San Mateo on redevelopment of a major portion of downtown.
