Background & Experience
Evan is the third generation to serve as the President of NAI Plotkin and has been around the commercial real industry for over 3 decades. He has extensive experience in all aspects of property management and commercial brokerage, including commercial office buildings, medical office buildings, industrial buildings, shopping centers, and Homeowner Association/Multi-family management. He has been running all aspects of the business locally and nationally since the late 80’s and offers a hands-on approach to the management of over 6 million square feet of commercial property. He is involved in business development and has been actively involved in the transformation and revitalization of downtown Springfield. Serving on the NAI Property Management Council along with 30 other esteemed members globally, Evan is directly involved with the sharing of a collective wealth of knowledge, including best practices and new technology for effective property management. Evan was recently the recipient of the following: Business West Difference Maker Award; NCCJ Human Relations Award; Center for Human Development Key Award; and the Develop Springfield Partners in Progress Award.
