As an Associate with NAI Capital, Dean has distinguished himself as a proven dealmaker who applies extensive market knowledge and the latest technology to achieve his clients’ goals. Since 2018, Dean has represented tenants and landlords in all aspects of the leasing and sales of commercial properties, specializing in retail, office, multifamily and investment products in the City of Los Angeles, the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys. Dean strives to maintain the highest level of trust in his client relationships through communication and education.

Background & Experience

Dean brings a strong background in sales, leadership and customer service to his commercial real estate brokerage. Prior to joining NAI Capital, Dean worked in home improvement in Los Angeles County, especially the San Fernando Valley, for three years. He started off as a salesman in the field and was quickly promoted to project manager after demonstrating competence and a strong work ethic. Dean has worked on projects valued in excess of $320 million, overseeing the process from beginning to end and ensuring his clients’ satisfaction.

Education

Dean brings a solid educational and business background to commercial real estate brokerage. He attended high school and college in Los Angeles, earning an associate degree in Business Management from Los Angeles Valley College.
