NAI Global Property Management Council Announces 2026 Scholarship Recipients
The NAI Global Property Management Council has awarded its two 2026 John Bennett, CPM Memorial Scholarships to Kara Maxwell and Ashley Ledlow. Both recipients are currently working toward the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and will use the scholarship to support coursework as part of that process.
Kara Maxwell, a Property Manager with NAI G2 Commercial Real Estate in Georgia, brings more than 17 years of experience across residential, multifamily, and commercial property management. She currently manages more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial property across office, retail, industrial, medical, and mixed-use assets.
Before entering real estate, Kara worked as a middle school teacher and coach, a background that has continued to influence her approach to leadership and communication. Her scholarship will support the ASM604 Performance and Valuation of Investment Real Estate course as she continues working toward her CPM designation.
Ashley Ledlow, a Senior Property Manager with NAI Southcoast in Florida, has more than nine years of commercial real estate experience and currently manages more than 700,000 square feet of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Her career has progressed from Property Management Assistant to Senior Property Manager, with responsibilities spanning financial management, lease administration, vendor oversight, tenant relations, and capital improvement projects. Her scholarship will support the Leading a Winning Property Management Team course as she continues building her leadership and asset management experience.
The John Bennett, CPM Memorial Scholarship was established to support members of the NAI Global Property Management Council pursuing further education through IREM.
For Kara and Ashley, this year’s awards will contribute directly to the coursework they are completing as part of their CPM paths.
The NAI Global Property Management Council congratulates Kara and Ashley on being selected as the two 2026 scholarship recipients and wishes them continued success as they progress through their professional development.
