How to participate:
Do a walkthrough/tour of your office. Interview your team members as you do your walkthrough, asking them the questions below or other questions about their expertise or the company.
- Where is your office located?
- Can you highlight any unique features about where your office is located?
- Highlight any NAI branding that you have at your office. (ie Signage)
- Ask people to describe the firm and its members in 3 words.
- Describe a memorable moment in the office.
- Who in the firm do you admire and why?
- Describe a deal you closed in the office recently.
- What is your favorite part of the office? Do you have an outdoor area? Is your building ESG friendly? Do you have a flex work space?
- Where in your office do you gather or have meetings?
- Who do you collaborate closely with in your firm?
- What advice would you give to someone just starting out in commercial real estate?
- What trends do you foresee in the commercial real estate market/your sector in the next few years?

How to win the monthly prize:
All NAI professionals will be able to vote for the best MyNAI Office video. Please note that any votes for your own firm will not be counted. The firm with the best MyNAI Office video will win a $100 gift card.
How to win the grand prize:
Your firm will receive 20 points per video submission.
