Scope of Experience
Sara Daley joined NAI Elliott in 2021. She specializes in retail leasing, sales and public-sector consulting, and has been practicing brokerage for 17 years. Sara works across a broad range of retail properties and is a seasoned negotiator with 30 years of experience managing people and projects. Her strong background in consulting, strategic marketing and contract development sets Sara apart. Her work in real estate is rooted in her strong belief in social equity and community engagement, which began with her work as a reproductive rights advocate, continued as a child welfare caseworker and carries on through philanthropic leadership, public sector assignments, and her commitment to equity and inclusion.
Background & Experience
Sara graduated from Brown University; and before her work in commercial real estate, she worked for Adobe Systems, Inc., where she managed product development and marketing, strategic partnerships and public relations. She helped launch the Portland Mercury newspaper as a retail/restaurant account executive and member of the marketing team. Sara also spent 15 years in restaurant and bar management and chairs the regional planning committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She serves on two committees for CREW Portland and is a member of the Commercial Association of Brokers. Sara also served as board chair of Resolutions Northwest, a community mediation services organization. She coached both of her daughters' soccer teams, and leads grant-making for the women's philanthropic collective, ninety-nine girlfriends.
