Background & Experience

By forming Northwest Retail Advisors within NAI Elliott, Nick and his longtime colleague George Macoubray have created a small, powerful team with decades of local CRE history as well as fresh eyes on current market trends. Nick focuses primarily on landlord representation, within the team’s broader work on retail leasing, owner/user sales and representation. Nick excels at building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, landlords, brokers and colleagues. Nick started his career more than 20 years ago, becoming a licensed broker within his first year. He joined Commercial Realty Advisors NW in 2006, which he and George helped build into the largest commercial retail brokerage in Oregon.
