Maria Sarabia has nearly a decade of experience in operations and organizational management. Maria brings a results-driven and people-focused approach to her work, ensuring that each property under her supervision operates efficiently, maintains long-term value, and delivers exceptional service to clients and tenants alike.

Prior to joining NAI Isaac, Maria led multi-site operations across healthcare organizations, where she directed strategic initiatives that optimized financial performance, improved team engagement, and supported market growth. Her background in business administration, human resources, and financial management provides a strong foundation for the analytical, operational, and relationship-building demands of commercial property management.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her kids, family and friends.

Education

Maria holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management, with a minor in Human Resources, from Fort Hays State University, where she is also pursuing a master's degree in business administration.

Professional Associations & Designations

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Maria is deeply involved in her community. She serves as a Board Member for Partners in Education in Winchester, Kentucky, where she helps strengthen connections between schools and local businesses. She is also the Sergeant at Arms for the Midway Toastmasters, supporting members in developing leadership and communication skills, and an active committee member with The Gathering in Georgetown, Kentucky, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping men transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Maria and her team are currently working to organize a gala to raise funds for this mission.
