Jordan Smith joined NAI Isaac as a full-time agent in 2024, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, and development opportunities throughout Kentucky. His strong academic background and hands-on industry experience position him as a trusted advisor committed to achieving outstanding results for his clients. In his first year with NAI Isaac, Jordan successfully completed more than 20 transactions totaling over $13 million in volume.

Professional Associations & Designations

Jordan earned his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University in 2024, where he received the Sue G. and W. Russell Campbell Sr. Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and academic excellence in real estate development. During his graduate studies, he gained valuable experience as an Investment Intern with RealtyLink, LLC, where he helped manage and grow a diverse portfolio encompassing retail, industrial, and entertainment assets across the United States.

Prior to his graduate studies, Jordan earned his bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Business Analytics from the University of Kentucky. During his undergraduate years, he gained practical experience through internships with both NAI Isaac and Walt Disney World. He also demonstrated strong leadership as Vice President of the University’s Real Estate Club and as Co-Chair of the Student Member Advisory Committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he represented more than 7,000 students worldwide.
