George joins NAI Elliott with an unmatched track record of both brokerage and leadership in commercial retail. After working extensively with founder Lou Elliott on properties for over 35 years, he decided to move to take advantage of NAI Elliott’s bigger platform, especially in property management. He brings a portfolio of more than 60 exclusive property and tenant relationships, which boosts NAI Elliott’s breadth in both landlord and tenant representation, and he will be an integral part of the company’s strategic planning. His principles are a perfect match—he knows that trust is the foundation of every business relationship and that those relationships are more important than any transaction.
Over decades of work in the industry, George helped build first HSM Pacific and then Commercial Realty Advisors NW into the largest commercial retail brokerage in Oregon—and he aims to do the same with NAI Elliott. Along the way George has been a mentor to numerous fledgling brokers, all of whom have stayed in the business and thrived; he will continue to recruit and guide brokers in his new role.
