Gael is part of NAI Elliott’s Retailer Advisors Northwest team, developing a strong interest in tenant representation and excelling at building relationships with individual tenants that lead to broader connections over time. Building trust and long-term relationships has helped him create a burgeoning client roster in the retail tenant market. Gael previously founded Bay Area Fit, a business supplying fitness classes for corporations and multifamily residential properties that’s now an online fitness-training tool. He also worked in residential real estate in California, negotiating purchase agreements and leases as he learned how to match clients to the right property.
