Dillon Dome, Assistant Property Manager, brings a background in entrepreneurship, real estate, and business development to NAI Isaac. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and New Ventures from the University of Kentucky. His experience includes rent-roll management, property maintenance, lease analysis, tenant screening, zoning processes, development projects, and contractor coordination.

Dillon is the Co-Founder of Phoenix Ventures, where he analyzes real estate market trends and historical data to identify new opportunities. He has also built experience in consulting, business development, and financial services, giving him a versatile foundation for his role.

Beyond his professional work, Dillon served as Main Chair of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Student Board, where he led initiatives to connect students with industry professionals across North America.
