Deborah has over 35 years of experience managing residential and commercial properties and owners’ associations in California and Hawaii. Deborah’s vast experience includes budgeting, contract negotiations, vendor and contractor oversight and building system upgrades. She characterizes herself as a problem-solver and has excellent customer service skills. Deborah is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a former member of BOMA and IREM. Prior to joining NAI Select, Deborah worked at the San Diego State University Foundation, BCL Inc. and CPI Corporation/Winger Development.
