She is responsible for day-to-day accounting, preparing month-end and year-end financial performance reports and in recent years regularly meets with senior management for executive committee meetings to help facilitate the company’s strategic direction. She reports to the company President and CEO. Her role involves internal communications with the firm’s legal department, accounting departing and operations team. Since NAI Global is a business unit of C-III Capital Partners LLC, she is NAI Global’s financial liaison with the head of C-III’s accounting department. She joined NAI Global in November 2013.

The greatest value she adds to NAI Global are her deep understanding of finances and financial management from her extensive experience in accounting, her excellent communications skills at all levels and her fascination with learning, which she embraces personally yet also encourages others to do. She loves the diverse nature of her job, expanding her responsibilities to help the company grow and would like to become a licensed real estate agent in the future to further her knowledge of the industry and company she serves.

Background & Experience

Prior to NAI Global Betty was the Controller for Olympus Building Services, a government and higher education provider of custodial and related services, a business with over $20 million in annual revenues. She analyzed and prepared consolidated financial statements, monitoring gross margin results. She set up joint venture companies and collaborated with the company’s external CPA firm. Her career in accounting started in high school when she went to work for an industrial supply company that sold bolts and hardware where she grew up and continues to live in Levittown, PA. Betty later worked in accounts receivables and payables for the Leukemia Society located just outside the City Center District of Philadelphia, before moving on to an accounting job with Precision Engineers Parts, where the CFO at the time became her mentor and encouraged Betty to start taking college courses.
