Scope of Experience

Ash Mitchell serves as the Director of Corporate Operations at NAI Elliott and sits on CREW PDX's DEI Committee as Co-Chair. With thoughtful, holistic planning and keen attention to detail, Ash is integral to keeping every aspect of the office running effectively. In addition to her researched-based underpinnings of the company's training program for new staff, Ash takes the lead on both the employee and customer experience. She is a forward-thinker who jumps at the chance to improve internal processes and collaborate with other members of the NAI Elliott team. Ash has an extensive background in operations and project management. Prior to joining NAI Elliott, she served as the general manager of a local cycling shop, where she managed operations, growth and location transitions for the business.
