Services include acquisition analysis, marketing, leasing, maintenance, construction supervision, compliance auditing and review, and contract administration services. U.S. Residential Group currently manages approximately 204 properties with 40,000 apartment units in 24 states. C-III Asset Management is a highly rated primary and special servicer of commercial real estate loans for third party portfolio owners, CMBS trusts, CDO vehicles, government agencies and C-III Capital Partners and its affiliates.
As of December 31, 2014, C-III Asset Management was the named special servicer for 123 CMBS and CDO issuers, which have a total of $105.7 billion of bonds outstanding collateralized by over 12,000 underlying properties. In addition, C-III Asset Management was the primary servicer for $17.0 billion of commercial real estate loans.
