PZR was founded in 1994 and created the concept of the Zoning Report (PZR Report®) in a simplified format as an alternative to an attorney opinion or engineer's report.
In 2015, PZR prepared over 15,500 PZR Reports® on real estate assets worth several billion dollars. PZR has a digitized archive of over 90,000 previously prepared Reports and a database of 4,000+ municipal contacts.

Agency lending relationships provide access to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA loan products. Since inception in 2010, C-III Commercial Mortgage has originated approximately $3.6 billion (500 loans).
C-III Investment Management is a registered investment adviser and has raised over $1.1 billion of equity capital since inception in 2010.
Investments include commercial real estate equity, distressed commercial real estate mortgage loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized debt obligation securities (CDOs), whole loans, B-notes and mezzanine debt. As of December 31, 2014, C-III Investment Management managed 24 investment vehicles with over $3.8 billion in assets under management.
