Background & Experience
Pete Alpeter began his career in Hawaii commercial real estate in 1993 after a successful career as an aviator and staff officer in the U.S. Navy. His last tour of duty was with the Commander and Chief Pacific staff where he retired as a Commander.

Pete was previously licensed as a real estate agent in California and has had retail sales experience with his family owned furniture stores and interior design companies in both Seattle and Honolulu .

Born in Norfolk, Virginia and reared in Ohio, Pete received a BA Degree from Muskingum College in Business Administration, and a MA Degree from Pepperdine University in Human Resources Management. He also completed a year of post graduate work at Columbia University in Organizational Development.

For three years prior to joining Chaney, Brooks and Company, Pete was an exclusive industrial leasing agent with Monroe & Friedlander, Inc. A sample of his listing projects include Kokea Center, Pearl City Plaza, The Dillingham Trade Center and The Cannery at Iwilei, Coral Commercial Center ,Kukui Health Center.and Hawaii Dental Association ,TYCO Telecommunications,
