Culberson has developed an extensive book of commercial business representing tenants, landlords, investment buyers, and owner-user buyers. Working with national Fortune 500 commercial real estate tenants, national landlords, along with local and regional companies. He has developed successful relationships with a variety of national brokers including Colliers International, Jones Lang LaSalle, Mohr Partners, and various other national and regional tenant representative brokers. Culberson has completed over $25 million in annual transaction volume in 2013, 2014, and 2015 catapulting him to a top producer at NAI Platform.

Tyler was selected as Industrial Expert panel member for the 2015 CIREB “An Insider’s Look” annual event for his knowledge and experience in industrial commercial real estate in the Capital District of Upstate New York.
Tyler received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and completed his New York State Associates License at the Manfred Real Estate School. Tyler just recently has completed his SIOR designation and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
