Background & Experience
Tiffany Colvert is a Colorado Springs native and joined NAI Highland, LLC in 2013 as a retail specialist. She began her real estate career with OliverMcMillan in San Diego, CA, a real estate development company. Tiffany’s previous experience also includes community, housing and economic development with El Paso County, as well as small business consulting and mortgage loan origination.

She has leased over 450,000 SQFT of retail space in the last 36 months, during that time she closed over 120 transactions totaling more than $45 million in total transaction volume. She is considered one of the top performing retail brokers in the Pikes Peak Region

Tiffany is currently the Vice-Chair of the Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority. Through this role she has an immersive understanding of Tax Increment Financing and Redevelopment Projects. Notable projects she has been involved in include University Village, Ivywild and most recently the Olympic Museum.

She also serves on the Downtown Review Board, was the co-chair of the South Academy Redevelopment Committee, founder and current member of the El Paso County Community Development Advisory Board.

Tiffany is also member of the ICSC, The Colorado Restaurant Association,The Downtown Partnership and the Urban Land Institute.

In 2014, Tiffany was honored with the Young Professional Leadership Award by the Mayor of Colorado Springs. Additionally, she is a regular contributor and speaker for the Colorado Real Estate Journal.
