Real estate advisory services with a focus on tenant representation and corporate real estate. Representation of clients also includes landlords and investors. Care is always taken to avoid assignments with a potential for conflict of interest.
Background & Experience
Steve has actively leased, sold and acquired real estate on behalf of his clients since 1983. Steve has been a consistent top producer for over 30 years, annually assisting many corporate real estate users and investors in fulfilling their goals. He has played an active role in over 1,100 transactions totaling more than $640 million in value. Steve specializes in working with corporate real estate clients who need expertise in office, high-tech or industrial leasing, acquisition or disposition. Steve strives to fully understand his client's goals and objectives to effectively implement solutions tailored to meet his client's specific needs. Steve received his B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University. He worked for six years as a Vice President and a Director in Atlanta for a regional and a national real estate syndicator. Steve resides in Issaquah with his wife, Susan. With four children and five grandchildren, family is a priority. He volunteers time on behalf of his church as a minister and youth group advisor. He teaches snow sports one night a week as a certified ski and snowboard instructor and has coached many youth baseball and softball teams.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University and has earned the CCIM designation. He regularly participates in educational opportunities provided by NAI and Commercial Brokers Association.
