Background & Experience
With NAI Commercial for nearly nine years now, Shlomo started out working alongside Paul-Éric Poitras, where he was directly involved in successfully completing transactions totaling over $20 million. His tenure with the team helped Shlomo acquire valuable learning experience, particularly in industrial leasing.

Now working independently, Shlomo’s strong background in accounting and finance has led him to concentrate intensively in investment and industrial sales. He is currently working on transactions valued at over $100 million and has closed close to $50 million in transactions. Possessing extensive knowledge of ARGUS Valuation – DCF software, he is able to perform detailed investment analyses for his clients and generate reports to help determine the potential long-term value of their investments.
Education
Shlomo studied accounting at the Sy Syms School of Business located in New York City. Throughout his entrepreneurial experience he has negotiated several important corporate transactions, namely with the US Bank and MBNA.

Electing to focus his efforts in the field of real estate, Shlomo obtained his broker’s license from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec.
