Shlomo Benarroch is a dedicated commercial real estate broker for NAI Commercial who specializes in investment sales and industrial leasing.

Shlomo studied accounting at the Sy Syms School of Business located in New York City. Throughout his entrepreneurial experience he has negotiated several important corporate transactions, namely with the US Bank and MBNA.

Shlomo has had significant exposure to the real estate market. His community involvement permitted him to come into contact with a number of real estate developers, investors and property managers. These interactions have provided Shlomo with an increased and in-depth understanding of the real estate market from various aspects.

Electing to focus his efforts in the field of real estate, Shlomo obtained his broker’s license from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec. He is also a member of the Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ).

With NAI Commercial for nearly four years now, Shlomo started out in the company working alongside Paul-Éric Poitras, in his team known as Équipe Poitras, for over a year, where he was directly involved in successfully completing transactions totaling $20 million. His tenure with the team helped Shlomo acquire valuable learning experience, particularly in industrial leasing.

Now working independently, Shlomo’s strong background in accounting and finance has led him to concentrate intensively in investment sales. He is currently working on transactions valued at over $100 million. Possessing extensive knowledge of ARGUS Valuation – DCF software, he is able to perform detailed investment analyses for his clients and generate reports to help determine the potential long-term value of their investments.
