Before joining NAI, Shivu was a part of the sales team with CoStar and LoopNet’s Bay Area division, where he won multiple awards and accolades as the top performing salesman of 2013. Working for the leading service provider in commercial real estate, Shivu developed a deep understanding of the broker and owner demographic in the Bay Area, forging relationships with several players in the marketplace. Since joining NAI Northern California, Shivu has developed a strong track record of delivering above market prices for many of his transactions. Shivu has facilitated multiple exchange transactions, and helped many owners and investors expand their portfolio.
