Scope of Service Experience
Shep Benjamin is the Director of Industrial Brokerage at NAI Avant’s Charleston office. Joining NAI Avant in April of 2016, Shep concentrates primarily on industrial leasing, sales and development,
yet is experienced in all sectors of the commercial real estate industry (office, retail etc.). Shep has over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry including extensive knowledge regarding tenant representation and site selection. His experience covers all aspects of the real estate process, from site procurement and development through lease-up.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Avant, Shep held a commercial brokerage position with Caldwell Commercial Real Estate Services where he also served as Vice President. In this role he developed and enhanced the brand and corporate identity as a premier, full-service company and also pursued and maximized opportunities to acquire, develop, lease, sell and manage commercial properties. Shep holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and economics from the University of Denver, as well as a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Clemson University.
