Salvador A. Fasi (B) is the President of Fasi Realty Advisors, LLC exclusively contracted by NAI ChaneyBrooks. Mr. Fasi started his career as a retail-leasing specialist with Monroe & Friedlander, Inc. in 1992, and has since expanded his services over the years to include Industrial and Office leasing, and Investment sales.
Mr. Fasi specializes in Investment & Multi-Family Sales. Mr. Fasi advises his investment clients including local, national and foreign owned corporations and private investment trusts on the acquisition and disposition of real property throughout Hawaii involving Hotel, Land, Multi-family and Commercial properties. Mr. Fasi has compiled a database of high net worth private & public investors and sellers active in the Hawaii real estate market. He is able to match qualified buyers with motivated sellers resulting in quick and efficient sales transactions.
Mr. Fasi’s focus in Retail and Office leasing is on both Landlord and Tenant representation. Mr. Fasi consults with his clients on all aspects of the leasing process including site selection, tenant-mix analysis, lease valuations, lease negotiations, lease renewals and assignment of leases. Mr. Fasi is a true believer in the team approach, and partners with other agents in his office on all leasing and sales assignments to better service his clients needs.
Background & Experience
Mr. Fasi was born and raised in Honolulu where he attended Iolani School. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Fasi moved to Tokyo, Japan where he studied the language and culture for the next three years. Upon returning from Japan in 1991, Mr. Fasi started his career in real estate receiving his salespersons license in 1992 and Broker's license in 1999. Mr. Fasi enjoys fishing, cooking, playing poker, water polo and spending time with his family. He is an avid runner and practitioner of Bikram Yoga since 2008, and loves snowboarding when he has the time.
