Richard B. Price of EVO Real Estate Group has worked with the firm’s principals for ten years, working directly with ID Real Estate Partners since the summer of 2009. Mr. Price’s duties at EVO include acting as both a landlord and tenant representative for leasing and sales. He is currently the leasing agent for 45 West 34th Street.
As a leasing agent, Mr. Price has represented both landlords and tenants in searches for new space, sublets or assignments, completing transactions for retail tenants such as Liberty Travel, Superior Sewing Machine & Supply, LLC and Satellite Airlines. He also has arranged showrooms and office leases for such clients as Kate Spade, Cygne Design, Kashiyama USA, August Silk, Demetrios Designs and Urban Apparel Group. In addition, he has arranged corporate office leases for companies that include Workman Publishing, Archer Management Services, and Geller Group.
Earlier, he spent four years at Winoker Realty Company as a Senior Managing Director, and spent 18 years at Bernstein Real Estate, rising to the position of Senior Director. His real estate career began with a five-year stint at Helmsley-Spear, Inc. As an asset manager, Mr. Price has overseen the operations of over one million square feet of space. In either management or leasing capacity, he has worked closely with the landlords and tenants at prestigious properties including 1384 Broadway, 1385 Broadway and 499 Seventh Avenue, and assisted with the following buildings: 1333 Broadway, 1350 Broadway, 1359 Broadway, 498 Seventh Avenue, 500 Seventh Avenue and 512 Seventh Avenue.
Mr. Price is a 1971 graduate of the University of Rhode Island.

He has held a Real Estate License in New York State since 1980. He is a member of both the Real Estate Board of a New York and the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association.
