Background & Experience
Rachel Saunders, MBA is an Associate of NAI Realvest, with service experience in site selection, development, investment services, tenant representation and consulting.
Saunders has more than 12 years of experience in business and real estate, and is a successful real estate entrepreneur. She has been a partner and owner in real estate investment companies since 2004. She started and owns Southeast Ingenuity Investments, Inc., where she has been active in growing a portfolio of income-producing properties.
Additionally, she has developed land near the Nashville International Airport (BNA) and has invested in apartment multi-family investment projects. A notable project she worked on includes the sale of hundreds of acres to Nestle Waters North America for aquifer use with water bottling companies.
Saunders currently represents restaurant developers and businesses in site selection. Early in her career, she worked with the Office of the Governor in Tallahassee as a Community Liaison, collaborating with businesses, non-profits and government agencies in building a statewide coalition of child mentors.
Her community and civic involvement also includes Former Chair of Greater Orlando American Heart Association’s volunteer base, and an appointment to the City of Winter Garden’s Planning and Zoning Board.
Saunders holds an MBA from Florida International University and is a graduate of Leadership West Orange.
